Hi!
My son is in college and I feel that it is time to really take care of myself now. I'm self-employed working out of the house and I'm very active in dog rescue, specifically Malinois Rescue. I love gardening and am looking forward to spring when I can once again spend a lot of time outside. This year I am planning on growing much of our own food, especially things that will be great in salads. I garden in zone 6b if anyone has any interest in that... LOL. My Program:
Tracking calories, eating properly and exercising. So far I am on target. I enjoy this site, it helps me make healthy choices and keeps me on track.
Personal Information:
I am from PA and have recently retired. My goal this year is to put my health as top priority. My main exercise will be done on the walking DVDs, elliptical, treadmill and the gazelle.
I am very active in Malinois Rescue and compete in Dock Dogs with my dog Rocket.
