My Program:
Well, this is my 4th weight loss journey. Right now I am following Weight Watchers original points program. I eat 27 points a day. I do cardio 4 times a week burning at least 600 calories and ST 2 times a week. I take one group fitness class a week.

Personal Information:
I am 26yrs old and have been overwieght my entire life. I have done so many diets from atkins, ww, not eating at all, cabbage diet. Nothing has seemed to work b/c I expected it to happen over nite and I dont commit myself to the journey. I am ready to loose the weight and gain my lfe.

Running's tough, but you'll get there! I'm up to running almost two miles now (not straight, but mostly!) from getting winded after only 30 seconds.

You can DO it!
