    Hi!
    The owner of the gym I go to, received his RKC when I joined about 3 mos. ago, Modifications were happening when i joined, but I couldn't really appreciate them since I was new. The two other instructor (previous HKC) received their RKC this past weekend also in N. VA. A few students went and tried. I heard they were really close, but didn't get iti. One missed in one event by just 2 of whatever they were doing, the other couldn't maintain the flexed arm hang for the required amount of time. They really didn't feel prepared to pass, but went more for the experience. One, had previously scheduled to test this summer in California, while on vacation! So that plan is still on.

    My weight loss and fitness are going well. My son is getting married this Saturday, so things are a bit busy, and I am relaxing my goals a bit this week. I did get to the gym yesterday for a KB class, then went back for a Relax Into Stretch Class, I hope to go again tomorrow. I have also signed my daughters up for an Intro class after the wedding. I will let you know if they like it, one is 16 y.o. dancer and the other a 20 y.o. college soccer player.
