My name is Jen, I am in my mid 20's and live in London, UK. I have been on SP for a while but unfortunately have always gained by the weigh I lost. This has been due, most of the time, to me leaving SP and trying to do it on my own. Last year I was determined but unfortunatey I broke my ankle at Easter which meant I couldn't work out - and due to frustrations I started eating loads!! I had surgery on my ankle at Christmas as the issue was ligament related! I am now signed off by the Dr and ...

Since it was so hard to get back into working out - due to the frustration at not being able to do things I used to, because of the ankle and loss of fitness over a year and half of no working out I got a trainer! I LOVE IT!! Would live in the gym if I could! lol
I am looking to lose 71lbs in total and I want to do this properly - no crash diets! Eating right, learning portion control, working out and being healthy! :)

As a good sparkfriend once said – “Any goal worth having, is a goal worth achieving” and I am going to achieve the ones I have now! :)

I love working out - would do it full time if I could! Gym 3-4 times a week (including session with Personal Trainer!)

Slimming World - think about food choices before eating (keeping a food diary really helps)

Thanks :) Yes, signed off by doctor so no excuses now, start trying to sort my lifestyle out tomorrow! Not sure how to go about it, think I'll do vague estimate calorie counting and some strength training and see how I go as burning cardio wise through breastfeeding and walking everywhere pushing buggy and wearing baby.

It's super hectic having two!! Only just settling down and it's been nearly 2months lol.
