If you are going to the same spa I went to in mexico, vegetarian hot springs, gosh I forget the name, think there is only one, went about 4 years ago, and it was very nice, great hikes, hot spring pools and massages and treatments were super. But I was low carbing it at the time and I did NOT give in to the breads and such they had and because I didn't, I lost 5 lbs in a week there, but boy I was hungry! In MEXICO, they rarely had beans and salads were kinds minimal too!! I had brought prepackaged 100cal nuts and that was my night treat and it saved me. You might bring something like that, just in case, no sense blowing it and boy losing 5 in a week is hard otherwise! This is a good thing for everyone to think about when they go to do something to benefit their fight towards their weight loss goal and battle with the different things that happen and whether or not they should do what they had planned to do in the first place. I find myself trying to talk myself out of doing things all the time, and now I will think about your post and continue on with my original plan :o)
