I've Got Motivation Now!

Im 27 and since I got a big person job when I was 20 and sit a desk most of the day it has not been good for my figure! I am very active, but not active enough and haven't really focused on actually loosing the weight. Until about a year ago when I started Spark People, Feb 08. I lost 25 lbs and backed off for about 6 months. I gained a few pounds back, but got back on the bandwagon weighing less than I used too!

So I have changed my plan so many times this year. I am having the hardest time staying motivated this time. I really want to get into shape for our upcoming trip to Vegas, but I can't seem to stay focused!

My Goals:
I want to be in shape for summer 2009 and look HOT for my new HUSBAND!!!!

My Program:
Last February I started with Slim in 6 from Beachbody.com, after finishing that I moved on to Turbo Jam, which I love.

Last Summer we got Wii Fit and I just recently got My Fitness Coach for Wii. I also got Rockin' Body from Beachbody.com

My new plan is to do 30 min M-F with My Fitness Coach in the morning and stick with the routine of Rockin' body for afternoon workouts.

Personal Information:
I am from the area south of Olympia, Wa... I have lived from Rochester, to Adna. My boyfriend and I love to be outdoors and go on adventures to explore the country side. I have a boxer/lab mix who is 2 1/2 and she is my world! I get most of my non-workout exercise running around with her!

hey i live in spokane was. i found your blog about turbo jam workout plan so i thought i would drop in and say thanks, i started spark back in may, but september ihad to take a break and work on my marriage, some issues came up, now that things are better i was going to start doing my turbo jam again but lost the routine. So thanks to your blog i can now get back to my excersises, by the way from may to sept i started out at 182 and went to 148. Now i am 144. So my goal weight is 120, by my birthday april 28th 2010. So thanks again.
