    Thank you for your support on Friday, I was having a really rough week. I'm feeling better and stronger today.
    I've been doing the Body Pump at home program, which is strength training, low weights, multiple reps, I burn a lot of calories because the movements are constant, I'm always dripping sweat. But the program also has 2 days of cardio a week and 1 day of yoga (3 strength days and 1 rest day), which is a nice balance for me.
    I don't have time to workout twice a day, I've got 3 kids, 10 and under who take up a lot of my time, I get in a workout usually 5 times a week depending on my work schedule or what's going on that weekend. I work from home and workout from home. I do have access to a gym but its over 30 minutes away and with my schedule already as tight as it is, I haven't found time to add an additional hour plus to my workout in travel time.
    But I will stay on track, I will get in my cardio. And I will check in on you to make sure you're on track too.
