My Goals:
My goal is to track my food and exercise.
Specifically I am trying to eat no more than 1800 calories and exercise 4 times a week at Curves plus do some walking as well.

My Program:
I started with the Curves Complete plan which is a diabetic food exchange program that at first they make the menu and shopping list for you. After following this for 4 weeks I decided to join Sparkpeople and try to incorporate some of the recipes and ideas shared here into my new healthy lifestyle.

We are in the same BC team and when I started with Spark People I weighed 255 pounds. Nearly 2 year later, I'm at 120! I know you can do it, too. You seem to have the determination and that is half the battle. Remember portion sizes are important. Ev
