My Goals:
To make changes that are going to positively impact my health: eating healthier, exercising more, getting a good amount of sleep, reducing stress.

My Program:
Food: incorporating more fruit, veggies, calcium, and protein in my diet; tracking what I eat.

Exercise: Just moving more! I have been recently introduced to Walking Away the Pounds, and I really like it. I also aim to do strength training three times per week.

I wanted to drop by with a thank you note for commenting on my blog. It's the southern belle thing to do...lol!

I really think the more we persevere to find what will work for us in this weight loss game the more rich our lives will become and will we be happier? Of course!

The difference is I know NOW I have to make peace with myself as a fat person to realize any future rewards. emoticon

Valentine’s Day may be all about hearts, flowers and candy but that’s going to change. I declare February to be about “self-love” which means taking care of YOU, watching what you eat, exercising regularly and becoming the best YOU possible.
