"Round" is a shape

Well, after hurting my ankle yet again we ended up doing a BKA, Below the Knee Amputation. I get test fitted for my new leg tomorrow. Once I can walk again I'll have to reset all my Spark People goals and start all over loosing fat and building muscles

My Goals:
My goals are to get healthy again. I have grandchildren on the way and want to be around for them for as long as I can. I only have a weight range of 190-220 as a place to work for, but if I am happy and healthy at 235, then so be it.

My Program:
Before I recently hurt my back I have been doing ”Twice a days” at the gym, 45 minutes of cardio in the morning followed by about an hour and a half of light lifting,3 sets of 15-20 reps. In the afternoons I did a heavy lift day with 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a drop set on each exercise for about an hour and a half.
