My Goals:
My Goals:

1. Pray to God every morning to help me stay on track for overall health.
2. Make the best food choices from what is avaiable.
3. .Monitor Daily Carb/Sugar intake.
4. Walk or exercise for at least 10 minutes a day. Particpate in outdoors activities that I enjoy.
5. Get my fiber, water, and vitamins.
6. Set goals and reward myself.

My ultimate goal is to become healthier. Losing weight is the bonus.

I want to be more active, do not want to be the person that slows others down.

My Program:
Walk 30 min 4-6x week

add to program when ready: Tae Bo 2x week

Other Information:
Grocery store. I walk around the store before shopping.

If there's time for television or a movie. There's time to exercise first.
