I am working towards increasing my water intake, eating 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, switching from 90% eating out to 90% eating in. I am also walking 4 times a week, working towards getting fit enough to make those walks into runs, strength training 3 times a week and doing yoga 3 times a week.
