I had lost a bunch of weight before i got married and as soon as that dress was off i slipped right back into my old habits!!!! how dumb! but i'm determined this time -- if i could only get off of my butt!! :) haha I have bad food habits to break too... I'm more of a "salty" person than sweet... I can cut back on all my meals -- i just can't work out to save my life!!!!! Keep on truckin!! Thank you for support!!! I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight.
