    Hi There! Thank you for the comment on my blog! I'm sorry you feel like that sometimes -- its such a drag!! But look at your progress!!!! 50 pounds!! wow! you look great!!!! I had lost a bunch of weight before i got married and as soon as that dress was off i slipped right back into my old habits!!!! how dumb! but i'm determined this time -- if i could only get off of my butt!! :) haha I have bad food habits to break too... I'm more of a "salty" person than sweet... I can cut back on all my meals -- i just can't work out to save my life!!!!! Keep on truckin!! Thank you for support!!! Just write if you feel like eating something sweet! haha

    Running is the MOST AMAZING workout!! But be warned, it's REALLY addicting (which I suppose is a GOOD thing! LOL) you can check out the C25K program at www.coolrunning.com! :-) I hope you do start running, it has made my body completely morph into something AMAZING!! :-)
