I can do this...

I'm a 26 year old grad school student, teacher, tutor and waitress. I have amazing family and friends and I really am a happy person, until I look in the mirror and look at my 225pound body. It really depresses me but I just love food! When I was in college I worked out constantly and got down to 180 from 230, I was so happy and confident and then I got lazy, now im back to 225 and it saddens me. I really need to lose weight, I want to be at a healthy weight. I need help and support from people ...

Bootcamp three days a week..
30 mins +6 days a week
Eat no more than 1,800 cals a day

Complete the Couch to 5k training program, so I can start running 5k and would love to build up to a half marathon and really shock myself with a marathon someday!!

Personal Information:
I want to be a mom someday, but I want to be healthy. I want to look and feel beautiful in my wedding dress. I used to be very confident but things that have happened that have taken my confidence away from me. I want that back, I will get that back!

I really couldn't tell you how many calories you should be eating. Every body is different so what works for mine might not work for you. I actually am trying to increase my calories right now.
