Hi my name is Rebecca, I am a member of TOPS VT #115. I enjoy hikeing and kayaking, I also enjoy eating and cooking. I like to read and am currently into Sue Grafton's Kingsley Milhone novels. I am getting ready for my first hike of the season and my goal this year will be to climb camels Hump.

My Goals:
My Biggest goal is to be able to go clothes shopping and be able to find my size. I know that should not be priority one, but it is. I also want to increase my stamina and not be winded after walking up stairs, bringing grocerys in from the car. I want to avoid all the health issues that I will develope if I don''t take the wieght off.


My Program:
I am traking my food intake to 1850 calories a day. I am exerciseing 45 minutes 3 days a week and strength training for 30 min 1 day a week. I am getting outdoors hiking on the weekends. I am drinking at least 6 glasses of water each day and eating fresh fruit or yogurt for snacks. I am not eating fast food of any kind.

I am from Vermont. I am a nurse. I am 29 years old. I am married and have two cats.


Other Information:
I am 75 lbs overwieght and this is new to me, well not new as in the wieght came about overnight but it did seem to creep up without me realizing it. I am in healthcare and see how unhealthy lifesyles effect my patients , yet I still don't seem to change my own habits. When I was younger I was thin and could eat everything and never exercise. So here I am late but hopefully not to late to reverse the damadge I have done to my health, before I have the big problems, cardiac and diebeties.
