Not Another Statistic

Yes, I want to look good for my wedding, but most of all I hate the fact that I gained (and lost and gained) at least 10 lbs in 10 years. I was not happy with my weight at 20, but I'd love to be back at that weight right now!

Cutting 450 calories a day through diet and exercise
