My Goals:
Each week I will find a way to "step it up" in some way, and make it stick.

My Program:
I intend to ride my stationary bike 5 times/week for 30 minutes, do a strength training routine with my 10 lb weights at least 3 times/week, and stretch afterward, CONSISTENTLY.
I am trying to eat lower sugar and low cholesterol foods. In addition, I am employing some motivational and organizational tips from the flylady (www.flylady.com) to get dressed to shoes each day, and stay on top of more of the little things that keep stacking up on me.

I have a tendency toward depression and boredom eating. I am also constantly working to overcome my fear of change.

my biggest issues R that I'm an all or nothing person. I want to do it perfect or not at all and weight loss doesn't work that way. I have to enjoy ride. Also If I'm not happy with myself now I won't be when I lose weight. what r your challenges?

9 pounds is AWESOME!! emoticon Way to go!! I've heard that your winter in Alaska this year wasn't as cold as winter here in Ohio. I don't know how true that is, but I do know that winter here has been miserable and I'm so ready for spring! Have a great week!! emoticon
