Don't put off until tomorrow what you can begin today.

I would love to reduce my weight by 30-40 lbs in 2010 and KEEP IT OFF this time! Time for some life changes, and not just a "diet".

My Goals:
Each week I will find a way to "step it up" in some way, and make it stick.

My Program:
I intend to ride my stationary bike 5 times/week for 30 minutes, do a strength training routine with my 10 lb weights at least 3 times/week, and stretch afterward, CONSISTENTLY.
I am trying to eat lower sugar and low cholesterol foods. In addition, I am employing some motivational and organizational tips from the flylady (www.flylady.com) to get dressed to shoes each day, and stay on top of more of the little things that keep stacking up on me.

I have a tendency toward depression and boredom eating. I am also constantly working to overcome my fear of change.

First off, CONGRATS on your pregnancy, hot mama! Second, thanks for the espresso machine- I really, really need it! The Women's Day article is pretty cool (haven't read it yet)- Spark asked if I would do it and of course I wanted to "spread the spark" so I agreed! I love getting my story out there. Take it easy during your pregnancy- don't worry as much about what you're eating- just remember to stay active with walks and such. That's such great news! I've been MIA b/c we've moved from WS to southern ATL. Been SO busy. Missed you!

How are you doin? Are ya keepin' at it?? :) I've been doing well - Body Combat & Zumba 2 weeks in a row - & I've been staying w/in my calories too :) Hope you are doing well!!! YAY! :)

sooo I've been doing better!! Yesterday I did 1340 on my calories... I did Body Combat & Zumba last night - yesterday when I weighed I was 180 - today 176!! YAY! :) So I'm kickin' my bootay to the curb hehe :)
