2009 was the year I worked hard and set goals and finally lost 35 pounds.

2010 gave me a lot of stress, some unhealthy habits, and a sweet new baby-- our sixth!

2011 is the year I learn to live intentionally, even when my circumstances aren't quite what I intended. :)

I am participating in the Spring into shape challenge and was doing really well till about a week ago. Who thought finding 40 minutes in a day to exercise would be so hard? I keep getting down to the same weight and unable to get those last 5 pounds. I think consistency is my worst enemy.

Ha Ha! I was just thinking of you!!!!

Yes, it is certainly time for warmer running clothes....you legs can only move a certain speed and that nip in the air is only getting colder as fall & winter draw near. Have you figured out what you're going to do once it snows??? Do I need to grab my camera and take a picture of the crazy lady jogging in snow boots???? ;0)
