My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose down to between 150 to 160.

My Program:
I flipped diets today. I will now be doing the "17 Day Diet" and see how it goes for me. The "Form you 3" diet did work, but i wanted to try this diet and it is on the same page with being a high protein and low carb diet.

Personal Information:
I am a single mom of 3 boys. All gone but 1. He is 18 and is over weight too. I grew up eating the way southerners do so we had lots of fat in our food. I love fried foods, sweets, and all the stuff i shouldn't be eating. If anyone out there wants to be a Buddy let me know.

Other Information:
I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and would love to hear from other JW's using Sparkspeople.

Hi, could you email all the diets from Form You 3 to me? I did this diet and lost over 30 lbs about 15 years ago. There are no centers in NC now. I would love to have the Super Start Meltdown and all 3 phases. My email is newmommy2000@yahoo.com. Thank you.

On the bathing-tub of King T'ang the following words were engraved: "If you would one day renovate yourself, do so from day to day. Yea, let there be daily renovation."

"Even if the challenges are immense and the obstacles are many, step forward and live the life you choose to live. Your dreams are worth every effort.
Even if you get knocked down again and again, get right back up and get going. With enough persistence, any goal is within your reach.
Even if you can’t see all the way to the end of the road, go ahead and take the first step. Each time you make some progress, you’ll find new ways to make even more.
Even if your results fall short of your expectations, keep making the effort. Each new day brings you more experience, wisdom and effectiveness.
Even if you’ve been deeply disappointed in the past, focus on the positive possibilities. For your future is what you choose to make it now."
— Ralph Marston
