A gracious to spark team DD I have just returned back from a pit stop of the holidays.
You could also try journaling; thoughts feelings or body alarms. Try( 3 or 4 to 1 ratio) for every 1 negative thing do 3 or 4 positives ex.; if you eat 1 unhealthy meal eat 3 or 4 healthy, for 1 excuse to not exercise give yourself 3 or 4 good reason why you need to, if you make a negative comment about yourself you need to make 3 to 4 positive comment ect.
