My Goals:
My main goal is to be at a healthy BMI but looking good in a bikini again would be great too!

My Program:
Drink 8-12 glasses of water per day.

Eat 8 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

Never skip breakfast.

Sleep 8 hours every night.

Eat between 1200 and 1400 calories per day.

Do cardio and circuit training 3-4 times per week.

Hey - my start weight is about the same as yours - around 199 today. I was originally 260, lost 80 with weight watchers, regained almost 20 and am now trying to get down to 150 for now, then lower, when I see what i look like at 150 (which I have never weighed in my adult life). I'm trying to find some friends in their 20's, also trying to lose - if you'd be up for it, I'd love someone to comment to on here.

Well, it wasn't really my choice..I kinda had to. My brother lives here n me & my roomie in NJ weren't doing too well..so I ended up here. I do miss NJ tho..n all my friends. What is there to do here? I haven't found much..haha.

Haha, don't get me wrong. I don't like football..so I'm not a fan of buckeyes,..sparkppl just added it cuz I live in Ohio I'm guessing? Yup yup. I live in Reynoldsburg, actually. How bout you? I just moved here from NJ a few months ago..
