Hi everyone. My name is Rebecca and I am 29 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for 9 years now. I was always really thin growing up but when I turned 20 I started putting on weight like crazy. I have tried every diet out there. My Goals:
My main goal is to be at a healthy BMI but looking good in a bikini again would be great too!

My Program:
Drink 8-12 glasses of water per day.

Eat 8 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

Never skip breakfast.

Sleep 8 hours every night.

Eat between 1200 and 1400 calories per day.

Do cardio and circuit training 3-4 times per week.
