Hi, I saw a post of yours where you weren't happy that in 3 weeks you were down 3 pounds. Please know that is great! You're losing at least 1 pound per week.
I saw a later post where you see your measurements going down. So glad to see things are getting better for you!
Also you stated that you always eat in the lower calorie range. Change things up. Don't always stick to the lower range. Eat higher some days, lower other days. Same thing with exercise. Do more some days, less other days. It keeps your body guessing.

Welcome to this community and to spark. Hope you will find us helpful. As far as finding time to exercise, I can see your problem with 6 children. Maybe if you can sp;it up yout iime into 10 minute sessions. You don't have to stay at it for 20 or 30 minutes all at once. Can you get out to take a walk? That counts. How about dancing to a CD you like that gets you moving? That counts. Do you have any exercise videos or DVD's? Again, 1o minutes at a time is good. It' something, and a good start.
