My Program:
Organic, plant based diet and very minimally processed food. I love eating food that is in season and found from local area especially from our gardens. I do NOT eat meat or dairy products.

I enjoy walking, bicycling, yoga, dancing, meditation, and take time for free weights, and bowflex workouts.

I am from the United States. I am an artist born in Colorado (3rd generation) For twenty-five years i enjoyed traveling the world, including three around the globe adventures, three transatlantic sailboat journeys, ten years of sailboat living and cruising in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. I acquired my pilot license after almost 4 years as a stewardess. I have always been blessed with lots of good fortune.

    Hi Rebcca. Thank you for the link to Insight Timer. I've downloaded that. i've signed up for the Oprah/Chopra meditation series too. I'm starting on Day 15, which is the last one I can get back to. I haven't really tried meditation before, so I really appreciate the info. Thank you!

    I just have to tell you that I love reading your gratitudes on the message boards. I am trying to work on changing the way I think and phrase things in my mind and your words have been so motivating for me in that way. So I guess I'm trying to say thank you and keep being you!!
