Well, I know I need to eat better, and now I'm at my highest weight ever! I feel like crap, my clothes don't fit, and I'm tired of it! Time for change!

My Goals:
195 (-10lbs) - New shoes
185 (-20lbs) - Yoga mat
175 (-30lbs) - Workout bands
165 (-40lbs) - Get hair done
155 (-60lbs Final Goal!) - New clothes!


My Program:
Right now, I'm trying to drink more water and eat better. I've started doing some Workout TV excercises...my legs are killing me right now (but it kinda feels good).

How are your weight loss goals coming along? Don't give up. Even if you fall off the wagon for a little while.. you will still reach your goals if you dust yourself off and jump back on! :)

Thanks for the comment on my blog about the changes I wanted to make in myself. I took your advice to write another with things I like about myself as a challenge to myself and wrote one. It took me a bit. Guess it's time for me to focus a little more on finding the good in myself rather than just the bad. It's been so long since I've felt happy with myself that I've begun to focus so much on the bad. Hope you are getting the results you'd like towards your weight loss and that it keeps going good for you!
