My name is Rebecca. I'm here for support to lose weight and keep it off. I have recently just started a food journal and It seems to work great for me because I used to use it in the past and I lost a lot of weight then. I just want to live a healthier lifestyle and be able to look good in a swimsuit for myself this summer and no one else! I believe I can do it with the support of family and friends.

My Goals:
To maintain a healthy food diet.
To lose about 15-25 pounds by March.
To lose up to 50 pounds by July.

My Program:
I am doing the JM 30 DAY Shred along with the elliptical and eating healthy.
After that video I have the biggest loser workout dvd that I will be doing.
I also have the JM banish fat boost metabolism that I will do if I get bored with the elliptical.

GB, WI. 22 years old. Have a couple of close friends. Great BF. I love veggies with dip.

I started June 2007 and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight.
