My diet goals

Eat more vegetarian meals, watch liquid calories, avoid processed foods and stop the sweets!

My daily goals

Eat whole grains, eat 6 servings of fruits and veggies, always have a healthy breakfast, prepare and freeze most of my meals and be mindful every time I eat something.

My Goals:
Exercise 3-5 times a week by jogging and crosstraining

Run a 35 minute 5k (I'm currently at 38:15)

Eat a nutrious diet with variety.

Cut out sugar

My Program:
I am not fast but I do love runnning. I can get a in a great work out in a short amount of time. The time is all mine, I don't have to listen or talk to anybody. Its me and my ipod. It saves my sanity and makes me a better wife, mom and friend.

Howdy B-Mama. So I joined that virtual race thingee, even though I'm not convinced this damn sore foot of mine isn't broken. I did the 5k walk/run for the middle of November. Being the overacheiver that I am I'll probably try to run the whole thing and stress fracture something else in the process! Thanks for suggesting it to me! Love You! :)
