My Goals:
New Goals! Thanks to HCG I have lost 20 lbs.
My short terms goals are to do a mini triathlon in October and to tone up while maintaining my current fitness plan.
Long term goal is to lose 10 more pounds by the end of 2009.

My Program:
Currently, I cycle 3 days a week. The latest program is a long hard weekend ride, a recover ride, and then hill repeats.
Twice a week I do a mat routine strength session.
I am returning to running but keeping it down to 1 to 2 times a week.
Also trying to get at least 1 yoga class in a week.

Happy Friday!
I am heading up to Prescott this weekend. My husband thought this weekend was Fathers day I kept telling him I didn't think it was but he already made the plans! emoticon I am hoping to get a little hiking in, probably something short so we can bring the kids.

I know most people only do the Phase 3 for three weeks and then go into Phase 4, but actually, Kevin Trudeau says on page 147 of the "Weight Loss Cure" that if we are doing another round, we are to stay in Phase 3 for the 6 weeks and not have sugars or starches. Phase 4 is for when you have reached the goal weight and have maintenance.
I realize that isn't what most all of the people do, so I understand. I just plan to follow it that way, and use the South Beach Diet or Dr. Atkins for my Phase 3, so I don't deal with Sugar and Starches. I realize my cravings have come from them.
I've been stalled for the past 9 days, and did an APPLE Day, but I'm at a weight I was at for a LONG time, so I knew this would be hard to break through.
