    I am pretty sure the swim will be my fav. part of the tri as well. I have never done one before, I am excited about it. I like to run too though, too bad it's at the end.

    My name is Gail and I noticed your page because of doing the triathalon. Two years ago I did my first half-marathon, walking and running. Last year I did several 5ks and was able to run or jog the whole way. This coming year I want to try one of the mini triathalons. I have been working on my swimming and will start the running again. Can you tell me the difference in distance in the mini and a regular triathalon? I have been swimming a half mile most days and it takes me half an hour. I know this is slow but I am so happy to be doing it. When I started out I couldn't go half a lap without having to stop and catch my breath! Any help would be appreciated. I also have to lose 25 pounds , I know this would help my running. I have yet to get a bike:)

    Looks like you are keeping your pounds OFF. Fantastic.

    I had my gallbladder surgery 10-14 and so I'm in recovery until 12-4 when I'm going to go back on R3P2 and drop more of these pounds. Glad I won't worry about GB attacks anymore.
