My Goals:
I'm here to
1) try to get myself motivated to take off this 5 pounds around on my belly and

2) to share the experience with my clients and my podcast listeners.

My Program:
I'm focusing on diet as a personal development tool

I am eating with the intention of losing weight and of continually improving the healthfulness of my diet.

I'm always always cutting down on sweets.

I love to walk and ride a bike and will continue to do those. I'm doing yoga 2 - 3 times a week now.

It's still a secret right now, but I'm inventing a whole new way of journaling... I hope to share it with you soon.

Personal Information:
I'm from Urbana Illinos. 2.5 hours south of Chicago. Kind of in the middle of a triangle between Chicago, Indy, and St. Louis.

I'm married to Kevin, a therapist and musician.

I'm Mom to 26 year old Kyle.

Other Information:
I love my job as a Professional motivation expert. I'm an artist also.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. It makes me feel so good that people are reading them, and the positive support really helps. I love the idea of not trying to completely curtail indulgences, just making them fewer and longer in between. Thanks again.

I can't tell you how much your comments have meant to me, i rethink about each one so that i can soak up as much inspiration and sensibility to each idea. As long as i have been dieting in my life, i keep getting different ideas how to make each day the most that i can, a beautiful ( and healthy) life. sparkcat
