Better Than I Used to Be

This is it. This is the time I'm going to eat better, exercise better, balance my life better. I'm not going to get it all at once. I'm going to trip and fall flat on my face sometimes. But I'm going to keep on plugging on, knowing that I'm growing in knowledge, changing a lifetime of habits and just all around turning out something that is better than I used to be.
