I'm updating my page today because I am not that same person in that same situation as I was when I started Sparkpeople. I DO use my gym membership and I am NOT a junk food junkie any longer. Maybe a recovering junk food junkie! I think saying that I'm making changes in my life to be healthier and to look better tells you more about who I am now. My Goals:
I would love to get back down to 145 and I really need to stop drinking pop. I also need to work on portion control and drinking more water.

My Program:
I'm going to the gym 3-4 times per week and working out at home for at least 30 minutes on the days I don't go to the gym.
I'm also counting calories, fat and carb intake.

Other Information:
I love to read however facebook has been consuming all of my free time. My favorite author is Eric Jerome Dickey and my favorite book by him is The Other Woman. I faithfully watch the Young and the Restless and I love hanging out with my 5 kids and my wonderful husband.

Hey V, I have been so sick for almost a week now, and today I am recovering, still not sure I am up to working out, down 7 pounds in a week, but not the way I want to lose weight and I will probably just put it right back on! Let's back on track together!
