Doing pretty well, actually. Exercising daily, still spinning a lot! Eating as clean as I can, sticking to whole foods (nothing processed), staying low carb (as well as low fat). Making some progress, albeit slow. You know, one thing I've added to my diet regime is green tea with lemon (lots of lemon juice, cause I don't care for the flavor of green tea), and I really think it's helping! Might be worth a try . . . BTW, I dislike hot beverages, so I steep the tea & then pour it over ice. Looks like Kathy is trying to get the team going again. Maybe we'll meet again there. If not, let's check up on each other . . .
Rerally appreciate your encouragement . . . when I go through these plateaus (which seem to be often!!!), it feels like forever til its over, but I know it will pass. Part of it could be upping my exercise routine. I know I'm building strong thigh muscles with all this spinning I'm doing! In the long run, the added lean muscle pounds should ikick start my metabolism, if I'm patience, right?
