I began sparking a little over 2 years now (12/09). The first year I was so dedicated and lost 40 lbs. WooHoo! Well a minor injury temporarily interrupted my daily walks which became an excuse not to walk. Then I got lazy about entering everything I ate. Now 20 lbs have crept back and "surprise" my clothes are uncomfortably tight. I donated my clothes as they no longer hung nicely on me and at that time decided it was not an option to buy a bigger size again only smaller. Soooo, it is now time ...

I donated my clothes as they no longer hung nicely on me and at that time decided it was not an option to buy a bigger size again only smaller. Soooo, it is now time to get serious again. I ordered a treadmill and am so excited that it is on its way.
This time I'm going to try the slower approach. I thought about what weight I could settle to get to again. 160 seemed like an ok weight; I was at 210. I decided a good medium goal would be to lose 49 lbs before I turn 49 at the end of 2012. About 1 lbs a week. I've reset my ticker and goals and am already on my way with 3 lbs gone. I know I will succeed!
