REAL ME
I'm taking care of myself. I am creating positive memories for myself. On a calendar, I am planning some kind of cooking or baking for each holiday or event such as Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving and so forth. I don't have positive family memories so this is all for me. It will make me happy which I deserve to be. Life is too short to live negatively.
I'm finding out things about myself which I can change. I'm happy to be in a program that does much more ...

My Program:
I`m exercising and trying to eat right. I allow myself to eat unhealthy food but only once in awhile. I can't afford the calories. I walk daily for 2 hours. The superstore is 3/4 hour walk so round trip is 1 1/2 hours and then I walk to library and back which is half an hour. There are other places I walk too.

I'm Carol. I'm a Christian. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I love writing, cooking, baking, sewing, knitting and crocheting. A few hobbies I enjoy. Poetry and children`s short stories is what I write. Love it, love it!! Bowling is fun. Picture taking on my walks is fun. I watch hockey now and again. The Vancouver Canucks is my team. I love being in nature. God is a wonderful artist. If I had the opportunity to have a garden of my own, I certainly would.
