My Goals:
To be fit, happy, healthy and confident. I have been thinner and I have been heavier than I am so I am grateful to have learned what I need to do to stop from gaining more weight.


My Program:
Blogging on Sparkpeople.

*Unsweetened Almond Milk (Yum)

*Black Coffee (no sweetener or cream, I am a fan of Peet's)

*Eggs everyday

*Beans Everyday

*Minimum 4 servings of veggies per day

*Carbs allowed before or after workout only

*LIMIT artificial sugar (toxic toxic toxic!!)
-some dark chocolate okay-

*Eat between 11am and 7pm (after that just water and tea..I prefer chamomile, peppermint, mint)

*Stay busy when the mind starts to wander towards the realm of food

*Eat what you crave (within limits) If your tastebuds are not enjoying it..it doesn't mean it won't show up on your waistline and chances are you will ending up eating whatever you were craving later!!



Personal Information:
I live in Northern California where you can pretty much find a gym on every corner next to a starbucks!!


Other Information:
I am 27 years old and work in insurance and am also a part-time student.

I really want to try and be a weight-loss coach. I have stumbled many times and truly believe the best and only way to lose weight, is to do it in a way that you can maintain throughout your life.

Currently 64 lbs down and the weightloss has been maintained for 4 years.
