Hey, thanks for visiting my Spark Page! My name is Ty. I am a 21-year-old gay Canadian with 86 pounds to lose. I have been overweight for most of my life, and am sick and tired of always feeling... sick and tired. Losing this weight is important to me because I want to build confidence, look sexy, and feel healthy.

My biggest weight-loss barrier is my binge eating. I can usually eat healthy for 2-3 days before giving in to my urge to consume junk food like there's no tomorrow... ...

Just wondering how you are doing on your 48 minutes of cardio in the morning plan? Come on, we know you can do it. Get some new shoes (that always inspires me to do more cardio.....)
