In October 2013 I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. I have put on quite a bit of weight because of this. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been. Physical activity and good nutrition are two great ways to improve your health, physically and psychologically. Thus, I'd like to start getting serious about changing my lifestyle so that I can stop merely existing and start living!

Just wondering how you are doing on your 48 minutes of cardio in the morning plan? Come on, we know you can do it. Get some new shoes (that always inspires me to do more cardio.....)
