Hi! I'm back!

I had a stroke in February '14 and it's been a really long road but I'm still recovering.

It affected my short-term memory...but it has gotten much, much better. I just write everything down...my notebook is my best friend!

Just gotten back to driving October 2015... whoa... so wonderful to be able to drive again!

Living and loving life everyday...one day at a time.

Personal Information:
I am a stroke survivor and ready to get my life back by being and staying healthy and happy.

Diagnosed recently
with pre-Diabetes.. which means...I'm not Diabetic ... but close! I need to keep an eye on my sugar level and keep it under control by diet and exercise.

Interest include watching foreign movies, yoga, learning to live better!

Other Information:
Life is incredibly short...live, enjoy and do the best every moment that's left.

1. If you've got chocolate on your hands, you're eating it to slow.
2. Chocolate raisins, cherries, and strawberries count as fruit.
3. Eat a chocolate bar before a meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite.

4. Money talks. Chocolate sings.
5. Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look young.
6. Eat equal amount of white and dark chocolate...they'll contradict each other for a balanced diet.

7. There's no Chocolate Anonymous. No one wants to quit.
8. If you can't get 2 lbs. of chocolate home in a hot car, eat it in the parking lot.

How nice to have your presence in my "necka'da woods!"

lol I have no clue about the profile image, other than it's a beautiful heart vibration that has been among my Photo Gallery for awhile. I go to Google many times and type in somthing like "love" or "heart vibration" or "peace" -- you get the idea -- then I click on image. All sorts of cool images come up.

How is your health these days? You've had some major chllenges, but I I so impressed by how you've met them and gained the victory!
