It was so fun getting pedi's with all the girls on Saturday! I keep looking down at my pretty toes and wish it was nice enough outside to where flip flops!! Hope you had a good valentines day! We went to Applebees for supper (Ad's favorite), and I tried one of the 550 calories or less menu items, the Asiago Peppercorn Steak, with roasted potatoes and steamed veggies....it was AWESOME!!! Had a kick to it because of the peppercorn, but was the best. I will definately be getting that again We also went to see Edge of Darkness with Mel Gibson, another great movie by Mel:) Hope to see you agian soon!

SO MY GOAL IS TO LOOSE 15LB BY MARCH 19 THATS 2LBS A WEEK AND MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 135!! YOU ARE GOING TO LOOK SMOKIN AT YOUR SIS'S WEDDING!! TONIGHT I MADE SHRIMP TOSTADOS CUZ I HAD SOMTHIN LIKE IT AT CHILLIS OVER THE WEEKEND IT WAS GREAT AND ONLY 3PTS I THINK I MIGHT JUST LEAVE THE SHRIMP OFF NEXT TIME THOUGH! I PUT FOUR CORN TORTIAS IN A BOWL THEN PUT A DAMP TOWEL OVER IT AND MICROWAVED THEM FOR 2 MIN THEN PUT IN OVEN ON BROIL FOR A MIN ON EACH SIDE THEN TAKE OUT OF OVEN SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY CRISPY THEN ADD 1/4 CUP REFRIED BEANS 1/4CUP LOW FAT SHREDDED MOZZERELA OR ANY LOW FAT CHEESE THEN TOP WITH THREE JALAPENOS AND BAKE AT 350 TIL CHEESE IS REALLY MELTED ABOUT 10 - 15 MIN IT WAS SO GOOD AND 2 OF THEM IS LIKE A LOW POINT LEAN CUSINE ALSO I CUT THEM IN 1/2 WITH A PIZZA CUTTER IT SEEMED LIKE A LOT OF FOOD!! I FEEL LIKE IM FINALLY BACK ON THE WEIGHTLOSS WAGON THANKS FOR REMINDING ME OF THIS WEBSITE!! U MADE MY WEEK MAYBE LIFE :) CAN'T WAIT TO CATCH UP AND HERE ABOUT YOUR WEEKEND!! LUVS JESS
