- 2013 My goal is to begin to make a few lifestyle commitments. -stop eating highly processed foods -find foods I like that are healthy -make a list of each food I really like and then come up with recipes --exercise: find a program to do at home to supplement the gym!

My goal is to work toward a consistent trend down in weight and to walk a lot. 2010 bootcamp goal is to drop 6 pounds and to begin to exercise daily DONE Lose the 10 pounds before my jeans wear out completely! DONE February: work on losing next 10 pounds March: didn't gain/didn't lose April: reach 20 pounds lost. DONE May: set next goals/2010. 2011 Did not get to goal in 2011, so that is journey for 2012
