Here we go...again

But...this time it will work! This time my focus is on feeling better and fitting in my clothes. It won't be a fast journey, but one which I will enjoy along the way. No starving, no craziness...I'm done with that! I've chased the dream of being a size 8 since I was in my teens. I made it a couple of times, but I'm obviously not there anymore. I'm done being a yo-yo dieter. My priorities and obligations have shifted out of necessity, but I refuse to give up on my dream...and I will get ...

Yes, I do the Walk it out on the Wii, actually on my second time through. I only play the fast songs, at least 150 beats per minute.

I usually put a dvd on or listen to football or something while I am doing it- I need distractions!!!! Today I did it while on hold for 45 min!
