Never Stop Exploring the Impossible

My name is Rosetta - I am 24 and live in Burlington, Vermont. Overall I live an active lifestyle: skiing in the winter, trying to run regularly, I have completed multiple sprint triathlons, 5k races, and one marathon. I'm trying to get back in the routine of regularly working out and would like to lose some weight that I've been wanting to lose for a while!

Hey! I just realized that you posted on my page! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I have a membership at Planet Fitness but have been running outside M, W, F and usually once or twice on weekends between 4-6 miles in the early AM (usually 5:45-6am to start) I did have a running buddy, but moved back to the Old North End and had to go back to running alone. What is your running routine?

Hi Rosetta! I just went by the book on the amounts as there is no calorie counting or macros. I started to mess with that later on when my weight plateaued. There is a Body for Life recipe book that you can purchase that will give you some ideas. Just keep the foods clean for 6 days out of the week. Limit the complex carbs towards the evening.

Hey, I'm sorry I disappeared for a while.. I had spring break, then when I came back to classes had the busiest week ever!!!! everything was crazy.. I wasn't weighting myself (denial) or keeping track ofanything I ate.. horrible.. But I'm back... ready to start again... kind of disappointed with myself, but can't let that hold me back... :)

How have u been???

Welcome to the Making the Cut team! I hope the team is able to help you make it to your goal weight. It's looks like you've got a great routine that's working for you. Way to go on the weight you've lost so far!
