    Hey! I just realized that you posted on my page! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I have a membership at Planet Fitness but have been running outside M, W, F and usually once or twice on weekends between 4-6 miles in the early AM (usually 5:45-6am to start) I did have a running buddy, but moved back to the Old North End and had to go back to running alone. What is your running routine?

    Hi Rosetta! I just went by the book on the amounts as there is no calorie counting or macros. I started to mess with that later on when my weight plateaued. There is a Body for Life recipe book that you can purchase that will give you some ideas. Just keep the foods clean for 6 days out of the week. Limit the complex carbs towards the evening.

    Hey, I'm sorry I disappeared for a while.. I had spring break, then when I came back to classes had the busiest week ever!!!! everything was crazy.. I wasn't weighting myself (denial) or keeping track ofanything I ate.. horrible.. But I'm back... ready to start again... kind of disappointed with myself, but can't let that hold me back... :)
