My Goals:
Ultimate goal, lose the chub rub! Need to become healthier and thinner doesn't hurt!

My Program:
I've recently joined curves and working towards circuit training
3 times a week with cardio 5 to 6 times a week. Have been trying to keep track of calories thanks to spark people!!

From Branford, CT,
married with 2 sons,
one on his way to college and one a junior
in high school. Like to
walk/run, hike, bike.
Enjoy concerts on the greens and anything outside.

Glad the article helped. I am going to write more on estrogen.

Our body makes at least 17 types of estrogen, but basically 3 are talked about. Estradiol - during menstration years, estriol during pregnancy, and estrone is the one after menopause. This is the one I am concerned about as I just had theSept. 4th uterine surgery and now wait until Sept. 16th for the biopsy reports. Last NOv. I had a polyp removed and some fibroids. My uterine endrometrial lining is producing blood which is not good.

Estrone is made by FAT CELLS and it becomes the predominant estrogen after menopause.

There are two theories on progesterone cream that I want to address , too.
