It's About Time
I am 46 and an official empty-nester. All 3 kids are now in college and it's time to take care of myself! I think about living a healthy lifestyle all the time but now is the time to actually make it happen. Healthy food choices, drink lots of water and exercise daily...it should be easy, right?
