Hi everyone
I did this wesite faithfully back in '06 and lost down to my goal weight. Of course, I went off of it and ate whatever I want and didn't exercise. I also was diagnosed with mulptile scelorsis and turned 40. So now I'm fighting fatigue, medicines and my own attitude about aging. But I am determined to get healthy!

I've been doing dvds. Pilates tapes mostly. If I do a tape in the morning, I've found I do much better.
