Sure, you can try preparing higher bulk / lower calorie snacks for the evening and drink water with them. You won't be able to drop the weight unless you develop a calorie deficit through eating fewer calories. You should do cardio and strength also. If you get stuck, feel free to send me a spark mail and I'll be glad to offer advice.
