My Goals:
First Goal: I want to lose 10 pounds in two week.

Second Goal: I want to lose 25 pounds by March 30, 2007.

Third Goal: I want to reach 135 pounds by July 2007.

My Program:
I will eat only the right foods, the right amount of calories, and I will drink at least 8 oz of water a day. I will do cardio for 60 min. everyday and I will do strength training at least three times a week.

Personal Information:
I am from Northeast Georgia. Husbands name is Mark. I have three beautiful daughters, Stephanie, Ashley and Kelsey. I have two grand daughters Charlie and Maggie and one on the way.

Other Information:
I like making new friends. I like painting, water skiing, snow skiing, scuba diving, swiming, riding my horses, bike riding, hunting, fishing, going camping, I love the beach in the summer and the mountains in the winter. I love life.

Hi becky,just came across your page and wanted to see how you are going.Read your program of eating healthy,60 mins exercise a day etc and just checking up on you to see if you are following this and if not then why not?You go girl and just do it.Im going to be a grandma for the first time in January and am so excited.All the best,Cherie

Hey Becky,
I know it's been awhile. Just stopping by to see if you're still working SP or on another team plan. I'm at 68 lost today and am looking forward to 70 lost by the end of the month. Slow and steady and lots of muscle building is still my plan.

Hi Becky! Just wanted to check in and see how things are going for you! Looks like the ticker has moved pretty far! I have to keep challenging myself to keep things moving. I haven't lost any momentum so far, so that is good. Spark is just so awesome!!! I know I couldn't do this on my own. Let me know how you are doing, and keep up the good work!!!~ELLEN
