Motivated by Cycling and SparkPeople

Hey,
I'm a cyclist. Sparkpeople has motivated me to eat and train right with new friends.

My January 2010 goals:
Complete the Boot Camp videos
Contribute to our virtual Australia tour by jogging and/or spinning daily
Attend all of my daughter's out-of-town swim meets
Ride outside 1 day a week as weather permits
Lift weights 1-2 days a week
Get rid of my Holiday eating habits
Eat right and take my vitamins

See you Down ...

For any who might stop by looking for Cindy.....she was struck by a truck while out riding her bike. She passed away in July 2010. Such a tragic loss. She was only 54 and had a young daughter and a great husband. Pray for them.

PS.....and put your phone away while you drive. That was her families wish at her memorial. emoticon

Hi Cindy, I am so sad...I've lost your email address so have to resort to using SP and I don't even know if you are still active....if not, maybe you will jump back on in January after the Holiday's.

I'm coming to Texas for a conference and want to take a four or five day bike tour in the Texas hill country. Wanna come with....Feb 13-18, 2011. Sure hope to see you. You can use some of those great climbing muscles you were working on last time we "spoke".

Hope to hear from you, Patty

Thanks for your words of support. I'm getting lots of rest--probably more than I should. Running's been tough this week; too much pain to push it very far.
