I did Week 3 Day 2 this morning :) It seems to be much easier this time around even though I did nothing for an entire year! I am tempted to skip ahead, but I'm just going to keep the pace and go with it. I am trying to extend each workout by repeating the intervals that are on the program and so far it's been working. I have so much energy and I look forward to my next run.
I think I'll try to dig up my old blog from way back then and see how I was struggling. I remember dreading week 4! 2011 days ago
