My goal is to lose 30 lbs. and get back to a healthy weight.
Pay attention to what I eat, keep track of calories, dust off the treadmill and get in the habit of using it for at least 5 minutes a day to start.
I'm happily married to my wonderful hubby who is my best friend. We'll be celbrating our 18th anniversary this Feb. I have 2 loving step kids and 3 wonderful grandkids. Hubby and I love to go fishing, Summer and Winter. We love to toodle around the lake with family members and friends on our pontoon. We have 2 dogs, who are just a teeny bit spoiled. I feel blessed to have such wonderful family and friends in my life!
