Hi Reda, we kinda met today on the healthy food challenge. I would be happy to share the turkey burger thing with you. It really is simple, at my grocery I found turkey burgers in the frozen area. I think there is about 12 in the pack.....frozen in packs of 2. I don't remember where I heard of this I just saw the turkey burgers and said hey that sounds pretty good. I just spray my pan with the spray--Pam or what ever type is in your area, just make sure it is basically calorie free. You can use it for a lot of other things ☺ Anyway back to cooking I just toss it in the pan on medium in with the turkey I put in some sliced canned pineapple and grill it right along with the healthy burger. I love bagels and have found a healthy on in Thomasons bagel thins...only 110 calories for the whole thing. For the burgers i have put terriyakki sauce on my bread. It tastes so good I feel like I am cheating. If you either don't like or have terriyakki do whatever appeals to you. Shoot for big pops of flavor for less . You can do it, I can do it we just need to be patient and loving to ourselves. Something about Rome not being built in a day I would be very happy to be your buddy and cheerleader. I find myself on Sparkpeople every single day. Hey I am worth it. I am going on vacation for two weeks starting next Friday. We will talk about healthy Southern food. I see you are looking for cooking suggestions. I work full time as well, one thing you might try to do is cook as much as possible on the weekends. Freeze casseroles, or cook a chicken so when you get home you just need to throw a few things together and dinner is ready.
